Booking & scheduling

Online booking, built around how you work.

Customers book online and get a reminder the day before. We build it around your services and your staff, then keep it running and add to it as you grow.

What your customers and staff get.

  • Booking at any hour.

Customers pick a service, a person and a time on your website, from their phone, whenever it suits them.

  • A reminder the day before.

Every booking gets one, with a link to reschedule or cancel, so a free slot can go to someone else.

  • Deposits and payments.

Take a deposit or the full price when they book. Cards go through Stripe, and refunds follow your cancellation policy.

  • Your rules, built in.

How long each service takes, the gap you need between appointments and how far ahead people can book.

  • Calendars for your staff.

Each person sees their own day, and bookings can appear in the Google or Outlook calendar they already use.

  • Questions up front.

Ask what you need to know when they book, like the address of the job or what they’d like done.

  • Classes and waiting lists.

Set how many people fit. When someone cancels, the next person on the waiting list is offered the spot.

  • Numbers you can use.

See which days fill up first and which services bring in the most, so you can plan staff and opening hours.

A ready-made tool, or one of your own?

A ready-made booking tool is probably enough if…

  • Your services have set lengths and set prices.
  • Everyone books the same way, with one calendar per person.
  • You’re happy with its look and its fee for each staff member.

A booking system of your own makes sense if…

  • Booking depends on rules a form can’t hold, like travel time between jobs or a room that has to be free.
  • You want bookings, payments and customer records in one place you own.
  • It should look like the rest of your website, with your name on it.
  • You’d like to keep adding to it as your business grows.

Not sure which you need? Tell us how you take bookings today on the intro call. If a ready-made tool is the better answer, we’ll say so.

How it fits different businesses.

  • Salons.

Each stylist sets their own hours and service lengths, and long appointments take a deposit up front.

  • Gyms and studios.

Members book classes against their membership, and spaces open up for the waiting list when someone cancels.

  • Law offices.

New clients pick a time for a first meeting and answer a few questions, so you know what it’s about beforehand.

  • Landscapers and contractors.

Customers ask for a visit, you send a quote, and the job lands on the calendar with travel time around it.

What it costs.

A booking system is an app, so its first version is a one-time flat fee. The price depends on what yours needs to do, and you get it in writing before any work starts.

Can bookings show up in the calendars we already use?

Usually, yes. Bookings can appear in Google Calendar or Outlook, so nobody has to check two places.

Can it go on my current website?

Yes. It can sit behind a Book button on the website you have, or on a page of its own. Customers stay on your web address either way.

Can you bring over the bookings I already have?

Most booking tools let you download your customers and upcoming bookings. Bring that file to the longer session and we’ll plan how to move them across.

Do customers need an account to book?

You choose. Booking can take a name, an email and a phone number, with an account for regulars if you want one.

Who owns it?

You do. You own the code from day one, and if you cancel, we hand over the code, the data, the docs and every login.
